Project Description: The Steet-Ponte Ford-Lincoln-Mercury project consists of an addition, exterior and interior renovations and site improvements to an existing dealership.

 

The addition of 1,500 square feet expanded the showroom and provided a new general office.

 

The existing 5,000 square foot portion of the building containing the showroom, offices, lounge, restrooms and parts & service was renovated to improve the layout and upgrade finishes.  The space vacated by the existing general office was converted into a larger, more open customer lounge and service advisor area.

 

The building's exterior around the showroom was renovated and received new metal wall claddings and finishes to meet Ford's Design Standards.

 

The site received new concrete sidewalks around the building.
