Project Description: The Steet Toyota-Scion Dealership project consists of a new 17,400 square foot facility.

 

The new dealership contains a showroom, drive-in service reception, 9 bay service garage, customer lounge, parts and associated offices and conference room.

 

The exterior of the facility is finished with a combination of decorative concrete masonry units and metal wall panels.

 

Both the interior and exterior of the building were designed to meet Toyota Design Guidelines.
