Project Description: The Steet-Ponte Chevrolet Dealership project consists of two additions totaling 2,345 square feet and renovations to the existing 20,800 square foot dealership for a total of 23,145 square feet.

  

The additions consist of a two bay new car delivery on the side of the showroom and a two car drive-in service reception, which also accommodated the service advisors' office, service manager's office & warranty office.

 

The showroom, sales offices, customer lounge, retail parts, restrooms, general manager's office and dealers' office were all expanded and/or renovated to meet the needs of the dealership and upgrade all finishes.  The remaining areas received minor upgrades.

 

The exterior is finished with a combination of decorative concrete masonry units and metal wall panels around the showroom, new car delivery and service drive-in.  The remaining exterior received new paint for a fresh look.  The entire facility also received new EPDM roofing.

 

This facility was designed to meet General Motors Design Guidelines.
