Project Description: The Carbone Hyundai Dealership project consists of a proposed 15,500 square foot, two story facility.  After the Construction Documents were completed the Owner decided not to construct the facility.

 

This dealership design includes a two story area that contains the showroom, reception area & sales managers' offices.  The remaining first floor contains sales offices, F&I offices, a generous customer lounge, parts department, a drive-in service reception with three service advisor stations, ten service bays, one wash bay, tool storage room, tech bathrooms & employee & customer bathrooms.  The second floor contains a conference room, employee breakroom, parts storage, fluid storage & mechanical rooms.

 

The exterior finish design consists of metal wall panels and decorative masonry products.

 

The entire facility was designed to comply with Hyundai Standards.
