Project Description: The Cooper Kia Dealership Facade Improvements project consists of removal of the existing facade and reconstruction of a new facade to comply with Kia's Image Program.

 

The original cream colored EIFS & wood framed overhang was removed to make way for a new metal framed, ACM clad building facade with columns and a stepped overhang.  The new overhang includes new LED lighting.  New signage was also incorporated into the new facade.

 

The existing single pane storefront was also replaced with new aluminum storefront with insulated, tinted glass to improve energy efficiency.
