Project Description: The Wilber-Duck Chevrolet Dealership project consists of additions and renovations to an existing dealership.  This project was a design build project with Charles A. Gaetano Construction Corp.

 

The existing 11,700 square foot facility received a 520 square foot addition housing the new car delivery and a new custom canopy at the service drive-in to provide weather protection for service customers.

 

5,800 square feet of the existing facility was completely renovated.  The renovated areas include the showroom, sales offices, customer lounge, dealers' offices, general office, retail parts, service advisors, tech parts, tech breakroom and bathrooms.

 

The exterior was finished with a combination of decorative concrete masonry units and metal walls panels.  The entire building received new EPDM roofing.

 

This dealership was designed to meet General Motors Design Guidelines.
