Project Description: The Steet-Ponte Volkswagen Dealership project consists of additions and renovations to an existing dealership.

 

A 1,200 square foot addition was constructed on the front of the 12,875 square foot building to expand the showroom and sales area.

 

4,600 square feet of existing space was renovated including the service reception, service advisors area, sales offices, sales & service managers' offices, general office, conference room and retail parts.

 

The exterior is finished with a combination of metal wall panels and EIFS.  The roofing is EPDM.

 

This facility was designed to meet VW Design Guidelines for both the interior and exterior.
