Project Description: The Nye Pontiac-GMC project consists of a new 33,800 square foot dealership.

 

This new dealership contains a showroom, six car drive-in service reception, sixteen bay service garage, wash bay, service advisors' offices, customer lounge, parts department, three bay new car delivery, associated sales & support offices and conference room.

 

The exterior of the facility is finished with a combination of decorative concrete masonry units, EIFS and metal siding.

 

Both the interior and exterior of the building were designed to meet the General Motors Design Guidelines.
