Project Description: The Nye Buick-GMC project consists of interior and exterior renovations to an existing 33,800 square foot dealership.  After the Construction Documents were completed the Owner decided not to proceed with the construction.

 

The interior was designed to receive minor plan changes and finish upgrades throughout the entire building to comply with General Motors Design Guidelines.

 

The exterior was designed to receive all new finishes including metal wall panels, paint, entry element and brand signage to comply with General Motors Design Guidelines.
