Project Description: The Carbone Ford-Lincoln-Mercury project consists of an addition, exterior & interior renovations and site improvements to an existing dealership.

 

The addition was limited to 500 square feet and contains a drive in service reception bay and access to the service advisors' offices.

 

Of the existing building's 14,200 square feet, 7,200 square feet was renovated to improve the layout and upgrade finishes.  The remaining area consisting of the service garage was also painted to give a fresh appearance.

 

The building's exterior was completely renovated and received new metal wall claddings and finishes to meet Ford's Image Design Standards.

 

The site received new concrete sidewalks, concrete vehicle display islands, asphalt pavement and site lighting.
