Project Description: The Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen project consists of converting a former KFC restaurant into a Popeyes
Louisiana Kitchen.
The existing building was completely gutted on the inside with only the exterior walls remaining.
The
interior received a new layout, all new finishes, fixtures & equipment resulting in a brand new facility.
The exterior was
modified to add a stone base, new windows & awnings, new EIFS wall finish, new lighting & signage.
The building also
received a new EPDM roof, new HVAC system, new plumbing system and new electrical system.
Both the interior and exterior were
designed to comply with Popeyes Corporate Image Program.
