Project Description: The Atunyote Golf Club Clubhouse project consists of a new, one story, 11,500 square foot facility with a full basement.  The clubhouse is part of the Tom Fazio designed golf course.

 

This facility contains a pro-shop, full service kitchen and dining facility, member lounges, locker rooms and showers and staff offices.  The facility accommodates cart storage in the basement.

 

The exterior of the building is finished with a combination of stone & composite clapboard siding and boasts large, covered, wrap around porches.

 

The interior of the clubhouse is finished with rich natural woods for an upscale feel.

 

The design team included clubhouse specialists Tunnell-Spangler-Walsh & Associates and Tom Hoch Interior Designs.

 

The course and clubhouse were designed to be PGA Tour level of quality and in 2007 the Atunyote Golf Course was added to the PGA Tour.
