Project Description: The Heritage Landing project was a two phase design & construction project.

 

The first phase of the project consists of twenty-four 2,000 square foot, two story townhouse units to house businesses and professional office space.

 

The project was designed with careful attention to replicate both the exterior and interior appearance in an early American motif with no two units alike.  The development was also designed to replicate a village setting including ponds and attractive landscaping.

 

The second phase of the project consists of a two story, 18,000 square foot physicians' office building for St. Joseph's Hospital of Syracuse.  The building was designed to accommodate suites of offices adapted for many different specialists.  The building's exterior was designed in an early American style to complement the adjacent buildings.
