Project Description: The Gilroy, Kernan & Gilroy Insurance project consists of converting a former 14,000 square foot medical office building into a new open plan facility.  This project was a design build project with Charles A. Gaetano Construction Corp.

 

The interior of the building was completely gutted in order to start with a clean slate and provide the client with the level of design they wanted to achieve.

 

The building envelope was improved with new aluminum windows, entrance doors and a new metal clad entrance canopy.

 

The furnishings, partition systems and coordinating finishes were selected by ROI Office Interiors.
