Project Description: The Utica Public Library projects consist of multiple phases projects spanning eighteen years.

 

In the interior a wheelchair lift was installed, the plaster was repaired and painted, new wall covering was installed, new carpeting was installed and new resilient flooring was installed.

 

On the exterior of the library the batten seam metal roof was replaced, six skylights were replaced and the metal base on the main skylight was restored.

 

The original wood windows were restored on both sides, the hardware was repaired & refinished and storm windows were added.

 

The site improvements included restoration of the front walkway, new landscaping and repairing & expanding the parking lot.
