Project Description: The Mohawk Valley Retina project consists of a new, two story, 7,400 square foot facility.  This retinal surgeon's office building is located in a mixed commercial & residential neighborhood on a sloped site.

 

The retinal surgeon's office is located on the second floor which is the at grade entrance in the rear of the of the building due to the sloped site.  The ground floor is partially used for storage and mechanical systems and the remaining space is utilized for rental income.  The lower level is accessed through a common lobby with an elevator and stairs.

 

The second floor medical office contains waiting rooms, reception area, exam & procedure rooms, medical records & offices.

 

The interior of the building is appointed with lavish finishes, furniture, upholsteries and millwork, including antique fireplace surrounds and mantels that were removed from the demolished house that was on this site.

 

The exterior of the facility is finished with a combination of brick, faux stone veneer and EIFS.
