Project Description: The Aesthetic Oral Arts project consists of a new 5,500 square foot dental facility, with a full basement for potential expansion or rental income.

 

The exterior is finished with two colors of EIFS and cultured stone.  The roof is asphalt shingles.

 

The facility houses four hygienist rooms, two private treatment rooms, a four station semi-private treatment room, x-ray room, lab, reception office, waiting room, consultation room, staff offices, breakroom & other support spaces.
