Project Description: The Otego-Unadilla Central School District Project consists of additions and renovations to three schools in the district.  The majority of the work focused on the Jr/Sr High School.

 

The Jr/Sr High School received 44,500 square feet of additions and 14,600 square feet of renovations.  The additions added a Junior High gymnasium, expanded the kitchen, serving line & cafeteria, enlarged the home & careers skills rooms, enlarged the art rooms, added 13 standard classrooms, 2 computer labs, nurses suite and restrooms.  An elevator was installed to make the building handicapped accessible.

 

The exterior of the building is finished with brick and stone to match the existing colors and details. 

 

The Jr/Sr High School also received a substantial amount of site work including a new track, football, baseball, softball & practice fields and a concession stand.

 

The two Elementary Schools received moderate renovations and improvements including new windows, exterior steps & sidewalks, lighting and finish upgrades.
