Project Description: The Savings Bank of Utica - New Hartford branch project consists of an addition and renovations to expand the drive-thru teller facilities, revise and expand staff support facilities, upgrade interior finishes, upgrade exterior building facade and incorporate major site improvements.

 

The primary goals of this project were to correct an over taxed two teller drive-thru facility, provide traffic control and a sense of corporate identity for the existing facility that is located in a strip mall.
