Project Description: The Empower Federal Credit Union proejct consists of a complete interior & exterior renovation project, including a new entrance tower addition.

 

The existing building is set back from the street and is turned 45 degrees to the street.  It had very little street presence and had no definition to the building entrance.  An entrance tower was added on the corner entrance to give the building some street presence, call attention to the building entrance and provide an adequate surface for brand signage.

 

The existing brick was stained a monolithic gray and the remaining exterior was clad in ACM panels & metal siding panels using corporate colors.  The exterior also received a new drive-thru canopy, new windows & new doors.

 

The interior was completely reconfigured & renovated to meet security standards.  The interior was designed in an industrial manner giving recognition to the area's industrial & railroad heritage.  The interior finishes are accented with dark wood, corrugated metal, railroad track, rail spikes & industrial lighting fixtures.
